A complementary 20–30 minute session is done first to meet each other, and create a conversation about closing the gap between where you are now and what your best self would be. What goals or changes would you like to make? *(Dolphin not included!)
Single Session – $50
A typical coaching session will:
- Be a virtual 45 minute video session on Zoom, unless regionally located in Vermont.
- Review what is working and not working now.
- Determine what went well and what got in the way.
- Plan to create small steps for success.
Coaching standards recommend an 8 session path for success. Additional sessions, if needed, can be accommodated.
3 Month Coaching Program – $375
- 8 – 45 minute coaching sessions: Discovering goals, strengths, resistance, and setting successful strategies for transformation.
- Email and text support in between sessions as needed for answering questions, keeping you motivated, and helping you stay focused.
- You get support forming new habits and cultivating a healthy mindset to create permanent change.
- We will meet weekly for the first 4 weeks and then every 2 weeks for the remaining sessions.
